About the artist

I’m 23yrs old designer from Poland. Actually I’m on something like Advertisement extramural studies. My passion was always music, I’m a guitar player, and I created an amateur mini-recordingstudio at my place. I alyways liked arts but thought – music is my thing.

Discovering a talent

I’ve been interested in all kind of art for a very long time. But I never considered myself as a designer or artist, my drawings were pretty good but nothing special. Few years back I played around with Paint Shop Pro 7, but this was more like fun in freetime than something serious. Finaly, there came up a time when I had to pick some studies. Somehow my brother convinced me that I’m quite good in graphics, and I should educate myself in this way. And then I discovered my one true passion, which was the graphic design with Photoshop. I simply fell in love with the digital art world. The classes weren’t enough for me, and I always wanted some more knowledge so I started learning from tutorials around the web. I spent days and nights working in Photoshop. After a year introduction to Photoshop I felt like my works are finally getting some quality. Then I discovered PSDTUTS.com and tried to write tutorials myself. It wasn’t easy, alot of my works were rejected, but someday I came up with an unique concept. It was approved and then my co-operation with PSDTUTS started. My each project was better then the previous one. I worked very hard trying to discover some nice techniques of designing. The main point was – never give up. I went through a long road to gain some achievements. My friends started to recommend me to clients, also people found my tutorials on PSDTUTS and I started to receive some nice offers from around the internet. Lately I created my portfolio on behance.net and I got even more interest. So here I am.
Although, I still don’t consider me as a pro, I’m a simple guy who loves graphics, and that’s the thing.

Favourite softwares

My favourite one is of course the Adobe Photoshop CS3. I also use Xara3d for some 3d typographies. Besides I’m still discovering the beauty of Cinema4D, which is an amazing program. And I barely know Adobe Illustrator, in free time I’m slowly getting to know it.
