There are lovely examples of how to use typography in advertising to full effect. I think type used in clever and unique ways, like above can be far more effective, iconic and thought provoking than any image.

This is another great collection! I think people often over look typography… Even though in my opinion its one of the hardest aspects of design to master, I also don’t think enough emphasis is put on typography in colleges and uni’s. And the serif is the new black!… Believe!
