Create a photo zoom effect

This tutorial will show you how to create a zoom effect in photoshop in five steps. You’ll need a photo, the eliptical marquee tool,the feather effect, blur filter and five minutes of you time. Zoom effect is a nice photoshop tip that you can use if you give movement to your photos.
